HIIT
HIIT is an intense workout for those with exercise experience who are looking to reach the next level of fitness. Ray will incorporate different circuits using various equipment (TRX, battling ropes, kettlebells, bosu balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, heavy bags, jump ropes, etc…) set to high intensity music to keep you motivated!
TABATA
Tabata is a simple, yet powerful high intensity interval training method. Your body will continue to burn calories for hours after your workout! Circuit training will build muscle and increase your strength. Building muscle increases your metabolism and allows you to burn calories at a faster rate! In this class Ray will address both your fat burning and muscle building needs… Are you ready for an awesome Tabata workout?
